| Alrighty then. About me? Well thats simple. Im a guy, of your average variety. Im into an abundance of music and I love movies. I'll watch it even if you say it's crap because I wanna form my own opinion of it; whats to your taste will not neccessarily be to mine. I like photography and i like writing. This does not neccessarily mean i'll be any good at it but one can only improve with practice. I don't have huge aspirations anymore. I find i prefer a quiet life with a few friends and minimal complications. Unfortunately I have a noisy life with alot of friends and my life is about as complex as Advanceed Mathematics [for me anyways]. I wouldn't change it for the world. I would be totally lost without certain people. To name but a few would be my girlfriend Leigh, my friend, fellow writer and procrastionator Hayley and my mate Martin, who along side this guy  both add criticism to my writing which helps me improve as a writer. I had landed hard on a grass patch, it was green and upon close inspection I saw no worlds inside it. Relieved I had stood, brushing myself off, and looked about at my surroundings. Off to the distance was a small stone building, standing there like a grey blemish on a perfect green landscape: for this is where I was, a long expansive field of green as far as the eye could see. Grass everywhere! And not a single blade was purple; it was all the same luscious green.

I awoke with sweat dripping down my chest in minute droplets, rolling slowly down the skin to the elastic part of my boxers. I looked around and realised that sometime during the night I had rolled out my bunk and fallen the three feet to the floor without waking up. Possibly during that dream (vision?) that had woken me up so harshly. I knew the fall hadn't woken me up since the carpet beneath me was warm against my bare legs and the bunk itself cold to the touch of my sweaty palms.

The scene before him melted away into a liquid rainbow of distorted colour; descending into darkness like dusk on the day. Then, like a single dot of hope on the horizon, a light began to pulse. In and out of existence it played its merry, yet mechanically methodical dance. It expanded, flashed faster and then became blinding.
